If you are experiencing issues downloading the automatic updates from within the ChildsPlayManager system then follow these steps to perform a manual check.
You should always try the steps below first to get the update from within ChildsPlay :
- Close ChildsPlayManager on all other computers
- Make sure ChildsPlay is closed on any other users on the PC
- Reboot the PC
