If you are experiencing issues with ChildsPlay you may need to send a backup file to us. It is quite common for the backup to be too big for alot of email providers, if this is the case you will need to upload the backup.
Please Note : You will still need to send an email or support ticket explaining the problem and providing us your contact information. Without this we will have no way of knowing the backup is online, knowing the problem your are having or contacting you.

If you are experiencing issues downloading the automatic updates from within the ChildsPlayManager system then follow these steps to perform a manual check.
You should always try the steps below first to get the update from within ChildsPlay :
Close ChildsPlayManager on all other computers
Make sure ChildsPlay is closed on any other users on the PC
